Each class receives a box containing some products sent by involved farms (jam for first classes and rice for third classes). The teachers ask the children what they already know about the origin and the productive process behind the final products.

Rice

Students, reading the label on the packaging of the mysterious rice, hypothesize the origin and the production process. Then they go to the farm to document the rice processing, , visiting all the production sites and observing the use of renewable energies. Back in class, they correct their initial theory.

Jam

The students go to the farm, collect the fruit, clean it, cut it and crush it. They add sugar and, with the farmer, they cook the jam, taste it and put it in the jar.

Each class reconstruct the productive chain experienced and made it known to all through the realization of a script and a show.
